These terms apply to Rankpost, a TimeToPost product operated by Opsibyte. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Rankpost for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
The service
Rankpost proposes topics, drafts SEO articles and publishes them to the site you connect, on the cadence you choose. In approval mode nothing is published until you approve it. In autopilot mode, articles are published on schedule without review, and you accept responsibility for them as if you had approved each one.
No guaranteed results
We do not promise any search ranking, traffic or revenue. Search engines decide what they show. Drafts are checked against a quality checklist, but they are generated with AI and may contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing content published on your site.
Your content and your site
You own the articles we draft for you once they are delivered, and they stay on your site if you leave. You give us permission to access your connected site only to publish and update Rankpost articles. Do not ask Rankpost to write content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringes others’ rights, or makes medical, legal or financial claims you cannot support.
Subscriptions and refunds
Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@timetopost.co for a full refund. Monthly article allowances do not roll over.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, overload our systems, or resell Rankpost without written permission. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Rankpost is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Questions: hello@timetopost.co.
