An AI blog writer that publishes to your site
Getting an AI to write 1,000 words takes seconds. Getting those words onto your site, formatted, linked and live, is the part that never seems to happen. Rankpost does both.
If you have ever asked a chatbot to write a blog post, you know how it goes. The draft appears almost instantly. Then you copy it into your site’s editor, the headings come through as bold text, the bullet points break, you go looking for an image, you wonder whether you should add links to your own pages, you realise there is no meta description, and you decide to finish it tomorrow. A month later the draft is still sitting there.
The writing was never really the bottleneck. The bottleneck is everything that happens between a block of text and a published, well-built page. That is the gap Rankpost is designed to close.
What does “publishes to your site” actually mean?
It means the article ends up as a real post on your own blog, at your own domain, without you copying and pasting anything. Rankpost connects to WordPress through its built-in REST API using an application password you create and can revoke at any time. If you don’t have a site or prefer not to connect one, Rankpost can publish to a hosted blog instead.
Publishing on your own domain matters. Articles on your site build up your site’s authority, link to your own services, and remain yours if you ever stop using Rankpost.
The work between “draft” and “live”
Here is what Rankpost handles for every article, and what you would otherwise do by hand:
| Step | Doing it yourself | With Rankpost |
|---|---|---|
| Choosing a topic | Guessing, or an hour with keyword tools | Proposed from what your customers search for; you pick |
| Structure | Rewriting headings and adding a summary | Answer-first intro, question headings |
| Formatting | Fixing pasted headings and lists | Clean, native post formatting |
| Internal links | Remembering which pages to link | Links to your pages and earlier posts |
| Image | Finding, resizing, writing alt text | Included, sized, with alt text |
| FAQ and schema | Usually skipped | FAQ section with FAQPage markup |
| Meta description | Usually skipped | Written to fit search results |
| Publishing and indexing | Pressing publish, hoping it gets crawled | Published on schedule; search engines notified |
How do you keep AI content from being generic?
Generic content happens when a tool writes about a broad subject with no context. Rankpost narrows each article to one specific question that a real person would type, answers it in the first lines, and then expands with the details that make the answer useful. It also reads your existing pages so the article can refer to what you actually offer and link to it.
Every draft is then checked against a quality checklist before it reaches you: the answer comes first, the headings follow a logical order, there is no padding, links point to real pages, images have alt text and the meta description is the right length. That checklist is automated, not a team of editors, so the final check is yours. You approve each article before it goes live, unless you choose to turn on autopilot.
The fastest way to improve any draft: add one sentence only you could write. A price, a local detail, a mistake you see customers make.
Who is this for?
Rankpost is built for people who know a blog would help but will never find the hours: small business owners, solo bloggers who would rather spend their time on the posts they love writing, and indie software founders who need search traffic but are busy shipping. If you enjoy writing every post yourself, you don’t need it. If the blog keeps slipping down your list, it is exactly the problem Rankpost solves.
What it won’t do
Rankpost won’t promise you a position on Google, because no honest tool can. It won’t post to social media, send outreach emails or build backlinks. It writes good articles and publishes them to your site, every week, for as long as you want it to.
